Navicat

[Process of Installation]
[Mysql]
Download Mysql from above.

Once its open, press next.

Select typical then press next, Press install.

Once done, Skip all the windows until you see a check box named Configure Mysql Now.

Check the box, Then press finish.

A new window should of popped up, Click next, and choose Standard Configuration.

Click next and Change the Service name to "root" without the parentheses.

Click next and then change the new root password to something you will remember.
Then type that in the Confirm Password box. You will need this later.

Then press next, then execute and wait until it is done.
We are done with Mysql.

[Navicat]
Download and open the navicat setup. Once open, Press next, Check I Accept, then click next.

Press next again because we want the default directory, A window should pop up
asking if you want to create the directory, Press yes.

Press next again, Check if you want a desktop icon and a quick launch icon, then press next, and
then install. We are now done with Navicat.

[Repack]
Download and extract the repack to your desktop. Open the folder up and open ascent-logonserver.conf. Find

<LogonDatabase Hostname = "localhost"
Username = "root"
Password = "ascent"
Name = "world"
Port = "3306"
Type = "1">

And change the password to what you set it installing Mysql. It was the New Root Password. Save that, and exit.
Next go and open ascent-world.conf. Find

<WorldDatabase Hostname = "localhost" Username = "root" Password = "ascent" Name = "world" Port = "3306" Type = "1">
<CharacterDatabase Hostname = "localhost" Username = "root" Password = "ascent" Name = "world" Port = "3306" Type = "1">

And change both passwords to the password you set in mysql.

Next open up ascent-realms.conf and find

<Realm1 Name = "Apple's Ascent 4.0"
Address = "loginapple.game-host.org:8129"
Icon = "PVP"
Colour = "0"
Population = "1.0"
TimeZone = "0">

And change Address to 127.0.0.1:8192. And then change
Realm1 Name to what you want your realm to be named.
Save and exit.

[Database]
Next go into the folder Database Files in the server folder. Open world.rar and drag World.sql to your desktop. Open up
Navicat. It should be a trial unless you bought it. Go to File->New Connection. All you have to change is the
password field, And you should change that to the password you set in mysql. Then click ok, And now you should see, off
to the left, under connections, a connection called localhost. Double click it. Right click it and go to New Database...
Name it world. Then click ok. Double click world under localhost. It should be a new database. Then right click
it and go to Execute Batch File... Then click the button with the three dots, its off to the right.
Navigate to your desktop, and click on world.sql. Click open, and then click start. This should take a while so let it finish, Go watch some tv.
Once its done, Click Close. Then press F5 and things should appear off to the right. Now you can exit Navicat.

[Startup]
Open your Server folder. Start up Ascent-logonserver.exe and ascent-world.exe.

[Realmlist]
To change your realmlist, go to your WoW directory and open realmlist.wtf in notepad.
Make it say

set realmlist 127.0.0.1
set patchlist us.version.worldofwarcraft.com

You can start up World of Warcraft and login with
Username: Admin
Password: Admin

Well i had this to when i ran Apples.. well i got it now tho.. No1 could help me.. the configs was exactly as they should.. so im useing legendary DB now

If your running Vista then you should try to run as admin (worked for me)

heres how to fix this problem, in one of the config files, cant remember which one sorry, right at the bottom of the file the text will be right on the last line of the page, just add a blank line to the bottom of the page and this should sort it. Well it worked for me atleast.. peace hope it helps

Hello,my problem is that I can't download "Navicat" and "Apples Repack".
If i klick navicat i got shown a little picture,apples repack brings me to another website,but i don't know what to do there.
