Ok, so are you confused with Display IDs?
Then continue reading and just nod your head everyone once in a while and agree.

First off, we're going to get into our Database and proceed to create a new Creep, hit the 'Creature_Names' Query and lets get started.
Scroll down untill you see:

Male_DisplayID1: 
Female_DisplayID1:
Male_DisplayID2: 
Female_Display ID2:

Right then, now the tough part is finding what NPC you want your NPC too look like.

Ofcourse, for Multiple Spawns you can have up to 2 Different ID's, but for one Main Quest NPC you should only choose Either a Male ID or Female ID.

Go to a World of Warcraft Information site such as:

Or
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

(I prefer WoWhead)

Now search the NPC you want your Creep to look like, maybe search "Kael'Thas" into the search bar and click on the NPC you want to use.

Now look at the URL bar at the top of the Web Browser (typically) and select & copy

and go to:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
and insert the Number you Copied into the first Box and hit 'Find'.
A new number will come out on the opposite box, this is the NPC's Display ID.
Copy this into your Database so it looks like:

Male_DisplayID1: 20023
Female_DisplayID1:
Male_DisplayID2: 
Female_Display ID2:
