First go to an empty place in the sea anywhere.

Step3: Then jump up on the first line and walk some meters (until you are 1.5 meter from the edge). Spawn tables here too until you are 1.5 meter from the edge on the other side. Do this on every lines, do this again and again on top of each Line Dont be to close to the Edge to

Step4: Just spawn the rocks grass and flowers on the tables, this will look kind of pyramid you sure thinking now, but no, cuz you can do the 1.5 meter from the edge to whatever you want. If you want a low island you can have the 1.5 to 5.0 instead.

yea, I think im going to go wtih Dragon lord, ill make 1 table and scale it, and then another one and make it a little smaller! Thanks tho, no I understand that there's no way to make an oficial island ingame.

What would happen if I spawned Grass..say on a peice of flat land? Somewhere like Stormwind Ground? Would it lay over the Ground and look like a sqaure patch of land or would it be messed up?

That is just horrible Why not use a tool to spawn bigger game objects on different locations ? I saw a few build tools where u can spawn floors and whole buildings.
