Being a GM means that you have alot of responsablity, you answer to no one but the Admin.

One main part of being a GM is 'undercover' work -
somtimes that means banning players or having to deal with
- removing spammers
- hackers
- idiots asking for ports
- and people like me >:]
- Fixing bugs
- Spawning creatures
etc
With out disturbing the server or getting 'I WANTZ EPXIU LOOTZ!' or port requests.

But hell....somtimes you just gotta use you the powers they gave ya eh?

STANDING OUT!!

.gmon (duh)

.Mod displayid (NPC ID)

.Mod displayid *Or .Morph (ID)*
Can be a really fun way to stand out

It will change your shape size and everything.

1) Find an NPC you wan't to look like (like a monkey or a tiger!)
2) Use .npc info
3) scroll up and copy the display id
4) .mod display (ID)
And presto change-O your a monkey...or tiger


Then you can do basicly anything you want!


My suggestion however would be to grab a few fun items by
.additem (ID) x(Nummber you want) and either use them on players for fun (but with out disturbing there gameplay experiance) And giving them away free !
Go to a very open area but very populated (such as the fishing / water fall in org)
My suggestions would be somthing easy like

- Snow Balls (x20) --- ID: 17202

- Free pets !
Cats ---> 8489 (White kitten)
Worg ----> 12264 (dog)

- Masks
20574 (Undead)
20392 (Gnome)
23909 (Blood elf bandit mask - hood)

- Tabords
11364 (allince)
15197 (horde)

And even free mounts!
33809 (war bear)

Giving free armor can be risky with some servers so i suggest if your going to do that you ask an admin first
This is a sure fire way to get the server riled up (and loving you )

EVENTS!!

Events are what make a private server what it is.

These are some ideas and how to do carry them out
(with prizes =D if you want!)


First off you will need the .go comand
.go spawn (ID)
.go select
.go move


Here are some great ideas!
(I'm the first and only to ever make the ones with stars)

- A Trampoline bounce race (whole server)*

Your gonna need a macro for this one
First off the ID for the tramploline is
183146
And the .additem ID is
27808

1) Spawn a tramploine and give your self the key
2) jump up and .cheat fly when you start going back down
3) move a bit left or right and spawn another (For a target)
4) Jump from the first and make sure its posible to make the jump
5) Continue this as high and as far as you like
6) Add obsticles such as chairs or tables to help
7) Macro .summon %T (Your gonnna need it when people fall)
8) Add spirit healers .spawn 1 .spawn 2 (Do both for horde + allince)
9) 'Avertise' over .AN or LFG
10) Summon people explain rules and ref it


- A high speed Elevator table dodge* (complex)

.go spawn 183169
.go select
.go activate

1) Spawn elevators
2) Add tables or chairs that can throw people off elevators on the way up or down
3) spawn a BIG table at the end for a prize / goal
4) Same as last steps always are 'advertise' summon and ref.


- Darkmoon faire target hitter!

.Go spawn 186560 (cannon to shoot you)

1) Put it somwhere (Somewhere tall is recomended)

2) Spawn a target fairly far away

.go spawn 180573

3) Same as always


For other cool ideas search
- Race
- Jump contests
- Maze
- Arena
- Table hop
- "Server Events"

Private (or public) CUSTOME TOWNS!!!!

To make a custome town first you need a place.
Once you find a good mobless area spawn a big old tent

.go spawn 180030
.go select
.go scale 10
.go move


Then add a chair or so =P
.go spawn 2489

Then add vendors / trainers etc!
.npc spawn (ID)

And hey some stairs never hurt!
.go spawn 186393 1

The most important thing is that if you want to save your town ASK AN ADMIN!!
Then rather then .go spawn ID
its

.go spawn ID 1 (so the object wont delete on server restart)

place a 1 after it
But carfull :O the NPC's will stay untill deleted even if killed!

.go activate (deactivate so it wont disapear when used / or so it will work for all of the following)

- 176081 (The subway / Sky tram *needs .go activate*
- 184108 (Dragon Skelliton *cool looking*)
- 2848 (Pillar of opal *really cool*)
- 184380 (Horde Flag)
- 184381 (Allince Flag)
- 184415 (A huge feliron glowing green thing...very cool *Deactivate it*)

REMMBER!!! If you can't see it at first! Just .go select .go move (or relog) if still nothing it is bugged on your server :[

And Finaly how to morph PLAYERS! AND BACK!*Only some*
*THIS IS ALL NEW NO ONE ELSE HAS THIS :O*

First and formost ONLY MORPH PLAYERS WHO BEHAVE AND ASK FOR IT!
all you do is...
.mod displayid (ID)

Then to go back!

.mod displayid (49-60) <---- depending on the race and gender!
this way you can MORPH OTHER PLAYERS!

60 - female cow
59 - male cow
58 - female undead
57 - male undead
56 - Female night elf
55 - Male night elf
54 - female dwarf
53 - male dwaft
52 - female orc
51 - male orc
50 - human female
49 - human male
21418 - gnome male

You can write this guide in 20minutes, maybe faster... You just have to know the GMSpells....and then you copy and past it, and edit it a little bit.
But i think there are more gm spells, i dont remember but somewhere i saw an full list of any item id which you can create for yourself...

Ok dude this is what i did. First i made them on my .txt document. Then i just transfered it and made some style with it. I did these fast and simple. Their not hard to make
