i got a problem when i log in to my private server i cant get to my char selection it just says connect or logging in

if u connecting problem where u cant get to char selection FORWARD ALL PORTS LEARN HOW TO IF YOU DONT IT SIMPLE VERY SIMPLE ITS VERY IMPORTANT U DO FORWARD ALL OF THEM

hey i got a problem.. when i write my router Ip in the browser it says : the website is currently offline or down try again later. and its the right router IP im 100% sure.. please help
