Worgen doesn't fit in the lore neither for alliance or Horde and goblins are neutral forever. I think the masks are just for fun. | | | | | | Master, they planned worgen to be in WoW in the begining, in the expansion list that you see you could see a worgen town and a Pandaren town, however they prolly wont do Pandas, but Goblins would make most sense on horde, since they always compete w/ gnomes and couldn't see them being on the same side w/ them. Worgen could be a problem, since they are innately evil and cause destruction. However, since they come from another dimension that is relatively unknown other than the studies made by Ur, there could be a few 'good' remnants of Worgen. Which also could lead to 'going' to that dimension to start out as a Woren. Someone could also advance Ur's studies using 'The Book of Ur' and actually find a way to summon the worgen, and communicate with them further. There are many ways to fit both of these races into the lore. | | | | | | Agree I agree with Mastergold, I read lore, detailed lore, and worgen don't fit the picture in my opinion. Putting Worgen in the game as a playable race seems awkward to me. Though this doesn't mean it will be impossible. Blizzard has done more lorefixing so certain aspects would fit into it, which otherwise wouldn't. | | | | | | it does so fit into lore. Gilneas could have gone half worgen and still remain in control of themselves. they almost became a part of the alliance in wotlk if you did grizzly hills, seems fitting that gilneas would fall in with the alliance. it does break on the typical "we will not accept abominations" rule of the alliance, though i can see king wrynn making the alliance more accepting of them after his acceptance of the DKs and they're help in saving the world from LK (it may not have happened YET but they are a big part of the plot)
and goblins being purely neutral? BS there are quite a few goblins that are horde friendly alliance hostile. very much possible that there could be a complete group of them that will go pure horde. | | | | | | So long as Pandarens are on Alliance, I'm happy. They would be, too. They love beer. Dwarves love beer. Simple. | | | | | Quote:
