you need to get Ac web repack [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

First extract the map extrator (either enUS or enGB depending on wow version) to your wow directory.

Then run ad.exe

When it has finished place the maps folder into C:/AC Web Ultimate Repack/ascent

Then start up the control panel (C:/AC Web Ultimate Repack/Control Panel.exe)

1) MySQL
2) Apache
3) Logon
4) Antrix

Now change your realmlist (realmlist.wtf located in your wow directory) to 127.0.0.1

login with user: admin pass: admin

Making your server public

Make a account at either
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
or
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

No-IP
click sign-up now!
click your no-ip tab then under the hosts / redirects tab click add
Now fill it out like myn except the domain name can be what ever


DynDns
Go to the services tab
then click dynamic dns
and then create hosts
Fill it out like myn


Now open these ports
80 - 80
3036 - 3036
3306 - 3306
3724 - 3724
6112 - 6112
6881 - 6999
8050 - 8050
8093 - 8093
8129 - 8129
If you dont know how to do this
Go to start all programs accessory command promt
then inside the window type ipconfig and copy the default gate way
open internet explore ( only works with this) and past that as your url
there should be a tab like port fowarding click that and there you go

Finaly you can not connect to your server through your dyndns or no-ip like example.selfip.org you can only connect through your 127.0.0.1
but anyone else can connect by changing the realmlist.wtf in the wow folder to your no-ip or dyndys that is if their on a diffrent network

Well I think everything worked except one thing..When I went go to do the Control panel it came up with:

"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime library - Runtime Error! Program: C:/AC Web Ultimate Repack\Control Panel.exe - This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the applications support team for more information."

Please help..

I only have vista but try these
try running as administrator
if that doesn't work try running it in windows xp compatibility mode
right click
then properties
click the compatibility tab
check run in windows xp compatibility mode

the application failed to instalize proberly (0xc0000135). clock ok to terminate when i try to open control panel

you migh need the latest microsoft visual C++ runtimes

I can connect perfectly useing 127.0.0.1 but once I try to connect from another computer using my servename.servegame.org in realm list it will work until you select realm then will just keep going to "logging in to game server" then will take me back to realm selection, how can I fix this?

The map extrator came as a rar file.. that mean its already unzipped? and where/what is ad.exe cos i can't find it please help
