When you get on any cliff jump down it, but dont move. After that type /stuck and your guy will start to go back up to the top of the cliff. While your down on the groud you can cast spells or shoot arrows as long as you dont move, but if your kb or feared you wont be able to /stuck back to the top of the cliff.
