How does the Combo Executer mod work?
The mod works by monitoring the state of your in-game icons. When it detects that a directional attack button is highlighted (remember, the game highlights the next button in the attack sequence) it virtually presses the key that corresponds to the highlighted button.
Quick Start
* 1. Start Age of Conan in Window Mode
* 2. Start the Combo Mod
* • Repeat the following steps for all buttons you want to process
* 3. Click the button you want to map on the mod
* 4. Right-Click the button you want to map to in AOC
* 5. Select the key the button is mapped to in AOC
* 6. Select the key you want to smash to continue your combo chain

It looks like you aren't the owner or affiliated so I'll go ahead and post this. MMOExtreme's next beta (released in a day or two) will automatically execute combos in the exact same way. It will read whether or not arrows are highlighted on your bars and press them accordingly. It's free as well and MMOExtreme is known to be safe. [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Thanks for bringing this under the attention again.
Does anybody know where it originated from?
Perhaps there is an update by now.
Just DL the file, unpacked it and scanned it with Trend micro officescan (up to date version).
Afterwards i started the combo.exe.
Seems a pad to bind your keys to the AOC keys.
Havent tested it with AoC yet as i i'm still at work (and tested it there for virus, etc)
