I also replaced the female nude textures with new ones but I did not create the new textures myself; I merely found them and put them as they are more realistic. The changes made were:

The addition of a gluteal cleft (butt crack) shadowing for a visible butt cleavage under all lighting conditions
Increased areola contrast and nipple highlights
A new nude succubus skin

This new version can be run in any folder. However, if for some reason you receive an error that says WINMM.dll can not be found the only thing that worked, at least for me, was to move AoCNude.exe and the Data folder to my WindowsSystem32 folder. It tends to only happen with users that are running Windows Vista.

To install the mod:

Run AoCNude.exe
Once you see the Completed text hit Enter at any time to close the application
Run Age of Conan as you normally would

To uninstall the mod:

Run AoCNude.exe again
Once you see the Mod Removed text hit Enter at any time to close the application
Run Age of Conan as you normally would

NOTE: The texture files are in DDS format. If you use Photoshop there is a plug-in available from NVIDIA that will allow you to edit them [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].

it worked altough not all female NPC's are nude, only some like Zalta but it does remove the undies from the female characters if you take off the armor

Thank you sir But yes the only characters that will be affected are the ones in the Default.txt file. If you want other characters to be affected you have to add each piece of clothing that you want removed to this file. Kind of a pain in the ass but it's the best we've got right now.

Hey guys, new version here with a few fixes:

Custom succubus texture will now work again; they changed the numbers
Fixed loader for Vista 64bit users.
Reverted filters until a proper fix is coded.

There have also been a few questions when it comes to what some of these variables do. The variables described in the default filter file are as follows.

# Format: numVertices, primCount, newVertices, newPrimCount, setBaseVertexIndex, setMinVertexIndex, setStartIndex, crcTexture, newTexture

numVertices and primCount are pulled from 3D Studio. The rest are modifications that are returned to the DirectX interface.

I know, not the most helpful but basically the set values allow for more exact modifications due to some NPC's having holes in their chests and so forth. crcValue is a checksum of the texture being passed. Although with a CRC, primCount and numVertices are not needed, the inclusion of those values simply helps with performance.

To obtain the CRC of a texture the following must be done.

Create a TXT file DEBUG.txt in the same folder as AoCNude.exe the existence of this file will enable the debug console creation. (This step requires the new version)
Make a new filter entry with the primCount and numVertices of the model you are trying to modify and set crcTexture to 0 (zero)
Reload the filter in game by pressing F8
While the model you are trying to modify is on screen press F7, The CRC value of that texture will be outputted to the console

Some of this information is obviously useless to most people but some basic documentation can't hurt.

yesterday it worked great, today no nudes and no reaction,
still after deactivation and activation nothing happens

Tried this version today on the (up to date) game client.

When I run AoC (after exiting the nude installer), I noticed that the game skips the intro videos (don't mind so much) but then, when I log in and get to character select, it crashes as soon as I click on a character. Since I have no idea how the patch works, I thought I'd post it here...

(Sorry, this is my first post - I found the patch here by googling for it, and registered so I could post this comment. Keep up the great work, guys! )
