Yup, neither can I.

EDIT: I'm a stupid little monkey, I kept trying and after splitting 3 Tussah Silk into stacks of 1 in the bank. Piled them up and moved them to another stack of tussah silk in my resource tab and it worked. Trying to test with something else if I can.

Do this still work? I did it some days ago and it worked fine.. This is my guild:
1. have 2x [rare]
2. put them in recourse bag
3. Split them into 2 stacks (in the recourse bag)
4. take one of them and move them into bank
5. take the one you just put in bank and move back into recourse bag (so you get 2x [rare] in 1 stack)
6. Repeat 1-5, because it only works if you redo it, weird but true

I tested it to day 1.Juli and this still works..!!! So no need to gather 100+ to get rare drops to complete the quests. (yet)

Just tested this and it works!

Say you are using Tin. Put 3 Tin in your bank and unstack them into 3 stacks of 1 Tin each. Now stack them into 1 stack of 3 Tin in your resource tab, and it will say that you gathered Tin and completed your quest.

this worked for me but i had to do 1-5, 2-3 times. you cant put it into the guild bank it has to be your toons bank. i was stuck on that part for a while..."nooo i just spent 50s for it not to work!" heh i was a broke at the time. Thanks!

Instructions

• open up your resource tab
• Split all the resources into 3 piles.
• Open up the trader(Bank) and goto the store and sell(Bank part of the trader)
• Place each stack from your resource tab into 1 pile into the trader
• The 3rd time you place the resource on the pile it will count as "gathered"

Note:This is meant to bypass the need to "Gather" the rare items instead you can by them off the trader and glitch them to trigger as "gathered"

Note: This should work on all Resource gather quest, I have tested it on Silk,Black silver,brindled leather
