I'm not sure if this is a re post but I believe it isn't. I scanned through the 4 pages here and didn't find it so here it is...

Basically what you do is mash your binding for any spell, practice with your buff to get it right, and cancle it before the cast bar shows up. Now the little red text that says Interrupted should pop up. Try to fill your screen with as many as those as possible by mashing your ability and movement. Eventually your cast bar will appear and youre able to move around, loot or do anything while it casts. Once you get the hang of it you can pull it off pretty easily.

I've found this to work best with your mouse buttons. If you have a mouse with fancy side buttons with should be much eaasier then using your keyboard.

how do you cancel the spell before the cast bar appears?

I got it to work, but because it only works per cast it seems pretty useless. I always had to spam it a few times and move before it would work.

Once you get the hang of it you can do some pretty cool things. I can do it pretty much every time now. It'll probably work nicely for kiting...

i assume a windows script could be written to macro it with perfect timing every time

hm i tried it but can'T get this to work.

in my opinion it's easier to start running just befor the timer disapears and the spell goes out. you need to keep on running or the spell will go out.

this is pretty funny with mitra runnig around with repulse up :>
but it's harder to get repulse than cleansing fire

just test it out.
