How would the people in this forum actually rate this game? i have heard little whispers about how it runs, its graphics are great, but how do you all feel about the game? a WoW crusher?

Also...

i havnt been able to find much about it, but is their a 14 day trial?

The game has great potential, and the baiscs are there, but it feels so much like it is beta stage still.

Plenty of bugs around, no PVP sytem YET but that should be released VERY soon. THere are soem performance issues tho, and the odd crush is normal.

Also make sure u got a up to date system, it heavy on the graphics even on low.

The 7/14 Day trial isnt active yet so u cant trial it. But id say its worth the £35 i paid

I would agree with the above post. I bought the game because I wanted to try something different
than WoW till WotLK comes out. I enjoy the new combat system which makes the fights seem somewhat more intensive
than a wow fight.

The graphics will need a good/great computer to be played at the highest settings, but you can lower your setting and still
have great looking play with a system that is a few years old. A good graphics card will really let this game shine.

Bugs a plenty right now, but that is something that plagues most new games. They have been coming out with many fixes
for a very small company, two main patches each week with smaller ones in between.

As was said, the Trial is not out yet, which is smart thinking by FunCom, they will likely release the buddy trial in 3-6 months
after the game release. This will allow them to have many of the bugs and such fixed allowing those who try the game out
more likley to stay and pay for the game, than allowing everyone to "test" the game out when it is in it's infancy.

I am only level 18 at the moment, but I plan on playing this game till WotLK atleast, we will see after that comes out.

As for Warhammer... i "Heared" that the beta is set back by 1 month. Not sure if this is solid truth tho.

It doesn't nessacarily suck but for people who are really used to used to WoW its different and doesnt really match up to the WoW fun factor. Great concept though and on top of that you can't see all of the players, apparently they decided to have multiple instances of each of the areas on the server. Considering this you need to group up with someone who you want to see then go to another zone then come back to the same zone to see that player. This is the only thing that is annoying.

To be honest it just seems like a mixture of WoW and Guild Wars. Just not fine tuned.

I do agree with what you say, but lets face it swopping instance is not hard or spoils your game play.

But yer your right about the fun factor wow is much for player friendly, u start in a zone thats full of nice animals and furry creatures

If you like paying $50 to be a beta tester that gets very little consideration from staff on your input it's a fun game.

IMO Age of Conan is the best thing since sliced bread… Ok... Maby Red Light Center is better... I love tits!
Age of Conan the best selling game in the world atm, with more than 700.000 copy sold so far ( in about a month) and the fastest selling MMO ever! If it keeps up, it should beat WoW by X-mas.

I'm pretty sure that wont happen thouge. Still to many people living in the third world.
