I am having problems patching my game. the conanpatcher is using 100% of my CPU and not getting anywere. i have a high end system so this should be working fine. i cant get onto AoC forums to fix it because of another stuff up with my account. does anyone have a solution to the conanpatcher cpu hogger problem?

there is probably a way to hack your way around the launcher. There are three parameters that it is launched with, -noconsole (no not a GM console... just something that will show you shit loading and all that), -clienthash (obviously a hash of the client and this remains constant until a patch), and -key %08x%08x (shown exactly as it is in the debugger). The -key changes every time so this right here disables you from bypassing the launcher... unless of course you do some editing.
